Cancellation of orders:
If you desire to cancel your order please email us at beerclothing@live.com with your order number and we will cancel your order as soon as possible. You will receive a cancellation email shortly thereafter.
Refund / Cancellation:
Orders canceled will be sent a cancellation confirmation email. Refund / Cancellation of transactions will be processed the next business day and may take 1 - 3 business days to be issued to the card used in the order. The time it takes to receive the refund is 100% up to the bank / card processing company the buyer uses. Once a order has been issued a refunded / canceled we are NOT able to speed the process up or change the order. Some items may not be returnable due to custom production.
Warranty:
BevBuckle Warranty:
We currently offer a 30 day limited warranty on all of our BevBuckles. We wish to provide you a quality hand constructed product but, as much as we love you, our repair / replacement warranty does NOT cover the following which may cause the buckle to break, bend, distort, or become defect:
1) Excess weight placed on the face plate (example: placing a beverage container throught the ring or on the face plate too hard or fast - "My friend slammed a drink on the buckle.." - "I was dancing around and I bumped into something...") Good times happen, we understand!
2) If the buckles has excess handling abuse.
3) If dropped.
4) If operated incorrectly.
5) Any non manufacturer alterations or modifications.
IF something does happen and your buckle is now broken, send it back via postal service to the address below along with a check for 50% of retail and we will replace it!
